There are several ways to work with me. Each stage can be grouped together or charged for singly. This approach ensures a quality of service that suits your needs and budget.
Please Note; all fees are based on travel within a 35 mile radius of Hastings E. Sussex. I'm happy to travel anywhere in the UK or Overseas, but, additional charges and travel expenses will be incurred.

Garden Design
An on-site-visit will be scheduled to discuss your needs and review your circumstances. Various garden styles, specific areas of concern such as privacy, safety and maintenance can be discussed at this time. A rough plan of the site and a photo record will be taken along with the written project brief.
An accurate site survey is essential before a Master Plan can be completed. If the site is of moderate size and not complicated, I'll be happy to perform this service for you. However, if the site is large or complex the engaging of a Chartered Land Surveyor will be recommended.
Costs determined on site
Stage Three: Design Concept/Master Plan
The Design Concept will be presented on site and will be an accurate interpretation of the project brief. I'll "Walk" you through the design and explain the various features, planting areas and structures of the garden. Changes to the brief and design concept can be made at this stage.
The Master Plan is a detailed, to scale, colour rendered drawing of the project. A planting plan will also be supplied including the botanical name, quantity and suggested size of all plants, trees and shrubs. Detailed construction drawings of all structures or features will also be provided.
Any changes made to the plan at this stage will be charged for separately on an hourly basis.

If your garden needs a makeover but you’re not sure what to do and you don't want a full-scale plan - then this option may be a good choice for you. I'll spend time with you on-site discussing any concerns or plans that you may have for your garden. I'll then make suggestions to complement or amend your existing garden.

We can provide you with new containers or refresh your old ones with seasonal displays or long term plantings.
